I purchased this product about two weeks ago and I am delighted with its performance. Not only is the quality there but it also performs very well. At night I have the house programmable thermostat setback to 60 at 10:00 pm. I set my side of the bed for 2 or less and I am perfect all night. For naps I set it to 8 to high and lay on top of the comforter with no blanket on me at all. Because the heat rises from the pad I stay cozy for my 45 minute nap, love this aspect. I am sorry that it is spring now because I would have loved this product when it was 10 degrees outside. By turning my thermostat down to 60 at night I save a fortune on heating my 6000 sq foot house. -- This warming mattress pad is awesome!

This is the third heated pad I have owned, and by far the best! The heat is awesome, the wires barely there, and no bulky control box at my feet. The last pad I purchased from a local retailer was irritating with it's cheap consruction and bulky wires- I got rid of it in a month in favor of this one. I live in Minnesota AND have an old, terribly insulated house... which means the heating bills are absolutely outrageous. So it's critical that we can turn the heat down very low (VERY low... like 54) at night. We have a super heavy comforter, so we're perfectly cozy in bed through the night -- except when we first get in and the sheets are like ice! This mattress pad solves that problem beautifully. I turn it on to preheat it as we're getting ready for bed, and then switch it off completely as we climb in. When the weather warms up and our comforter becomes decidedly uncomfortable, I expect we'll use a regular blanket and keep our mattress pad on low. I bought a cheap heated mattress pad on sale a while back, but you could clearly feel the wires underneath you - ick. This one is like magic: your bed, just warmer. My only wish is that the full size had dual controls; I like the bed a little warmer than my husband, but it's as if they assume that any couple who can afford this would surely have a queen-size or larger... But come on; some couples don't want to be marooned several feet away from their partner and actually prefer a double! -- No more cold sheets

Got this a month ago and have been using it every day- so far so fabulous!

Settings work well, I pre-heat my bed before jumping in, and then turn it down low for the night. Keeps cold fingers and toes toasty, but not hot (has a great property of not being heated unless you keep a blanket over it, or sleep on it), the warmth rises and is captured under the duvet, and so is relatively efficient compared to an electric blanket.

In addition we can now keep the room temperature pretty low (67F) and yet, even cold-sensitive as I am, I'm still happy through morning!

Great pad....I was a bit concerned when I ordered this as there was a couple of reviews that were not the greatest. NO FEAR with this item. The pad fit well. I have a mattress that is very thick (approx 15") there was plenty of skirting to cover it. The plugs are at the top of the pad and out of the way so you don't have long wires to deal with from the foot of the bed. I don't feel any of the wires in the pad, that was going to be a concern for me, it is very comfortable. Warm, hmmmm, better described as HOT. I did the recommended set the controls on HIGH for 30 mins before bedtime. Well for me it was too warm when I went to bed. After a couple of days I would preheat the bed at a 3 or 4. I then turned it down to LOW or 1 for the night. My wife, who loves it HOT turns hers down to 3-4. This pad does the job. Buy it with no reservations. -- Great addition to the Pacific Northwest.
