This product is a good product, when it's not broken. If a piece to your bed breaks, like mine did, then you will have to wait for parts to be shipped 5-7 business days. What the heck are you supposed to do in the meantime, sleep on the floor? I could not find any parts locally provided by Select Comfort because, as they tell me, "our stores are not large enough to carry all of the parts and accessories". All they could say was "sorry". The lady in the coorporate office told me the I could borrow a pump from the local store. Well, the local store acted surprised that I asked in my second call to them about this and I'm still waiting to hear from a manager.

I will not purchase from them again. -- Be Careful if you need parts....you'll be sleeping on the floor waiting
